# Refund and Return Policy

### Return Window

We offer a hassle-free 3-day return policy on all products. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +91 9266864893 or email at yashnacrafts@gmail.com.

### Condition for Return

The product must be in its original, unused condition and original packaging. Products that have been used, washed, damaged or altered cannot be accepted for return. Please include all original accessories and packaging.

### Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

### Refund Timeline

Once we receive and verify your returned product, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

### Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage — we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
